Built by Family. Built to Carry the Name.
Our name is on the work, and our family is still the one doing it.
Rodak's story didn't begin with a marketing company or a franchise. It began with the trade.
The name itself comes from family — Roberto, Diana, and Kevin, the children of the man who started it all. Manuel left Portugal and brought his knowledge to Minnesota in 1998, met his wife — who'd come from the Dominican Republic — and together, that's where it all began. In 2008, Manuel decided to go out on his own. Almost 20 years later, that decision is still paying off.
Going independent meant building a reputation one project at a time. It meant showing up when you said you would. It meant building something you were proud to put your name on — not because someone was watching, but because the work itself demanded it.

Today, Kevin, Roberto, and Manuel carry that work forward with the same basic philosophy the older generation taught them: work hard, and you're rewarded for it. Manuel believes that you don't need school when you can build things with your own two hands — and then he goes and proves it, turning yards into a work of art.
Being family-owned means something beyond the work itself, too. Working side by side, every day, building something together, is their own way of sharing their love. It's less about chasing someone else's version of a dream and more about building something that's actually theirs, and creating their own family legacy.
For Kevin, the best projects are the ones where homeowners trust Rodak enough to bring both craftsmanship and creativity to the table. He's got a knack for seeing what a space could become before it exists — and once a homeowner hands him that trust, the goal isn't just to install what's on a sketch. It's to help them see the vision through, and build it.
“Working together is a different language — one that says everything family doesn't always say out loud.”
What We Believe
The finished surface is only half the project.
What happens underneath determines what happens years later. We build for the seasons after this one.
A beautiful project shouldn't only look good the first summer.
Minnesota weather tests everything we build. We plan accordingly.
Bring us the idea. We'll help you see what it can become.
You don't need construction drawings or material selections figured out. Start with what you want the space to become.
Our name is on the work.
That means something to us. We hope it means something to the families who hire us.
Meet the Rodak Family
We'd love to hear about your project and show you what custom masonry built for Minnesota looks like.
